Max Wilde and Tracey Grace have been writing partners and supporters of the LGBTQ+ community for many years. As coauthors, they write MM romance and spice. Their two Secret Stories series are collections of true gay and bi guy tales that range from coming-out MM stories to MMM+ and more! Their Seasons of the Heart series includes 15 holiday and seasonal books featuring collections of sweet MM romances. These books are perfect for men who may question their orientations or want to explore male-to-male intimacy. The books are also for anyone who loves reading spicy MM stories, and some of our biggest fans are women. Tracey also writes sapphic paranormal romance and coming out support guides for women. Max Wilde has gathered 14 stories of first-time love between men. The stories vary from high school, to college, to workplace, to summer adventures and even to a man in his late 30’s. They are powerful in that they are told, and courage is what they provide to those who have not ventured along this path. It is a spicy telling, but behind that, are instincts being acted upon, and demonstrations of the courage that it takes to do so. Others are more coming-of-age than courageous, but all have the route of courage to do what they believe is their fate. Well told and well edited, this is a great resource for young gay men. When subsequent volumes are added, they will have a body of work to inspire future young men.

I was told that all the stories in this book series were anonymously submitted by members of her and her partner’s support group for a great project to fund scholarships and shelters for homeless gay teens. I absolutely love the plan they have. PppppIt’s just sad that somebody gave most of the Max Wilde series one-star ratings with no reviews! .Shocking how anti-gay folks get away with unfair things sometimes, but I am a believer that Karma will come around and get those folks sooner than later

I was given an Advance Review Copy of this book. It is not what I would usually read in the romance and steamy department, but it had a real ring of truth to it. The ‘first time’ is always memorable, no matter who you are, but these stories depict a whole new level of angst and revelation. Everyone has secrets–some people even try to hide them from themselves. A steamy book with an uplifting ‘message’, if you want to call it that.
